Prior to becoming a  a real estate agent in 2018,  I was an RN  literally saving lives.  I lived for working in the ER and the adrenaline because there was nothing better than saving lives!

But as you can imagine it is very emotionally taxing when you lose lives.  We lost a pediatric drowning patient...and I knew in that moment the stress was taking a toll on me!

I changed specialties and went to Surgery Services and continued making a difference in my patients' lives.  However, it just wasn't my passion any longer.  Don't let them fool you...healthcare IS a business.

In 2020 I stepped away from nursing entirely and focused solely on real estate when I realized just how ill-prepared the medical industry truly is for a public emergency.

I have always had a desire to be successful in business! The only problem was that I didn't have the current version of me back then...meaning that I had absolutely no knowledge on how businesses are formed and successful.

So fast forward 30 years and many failed attempts, (one attempt being running my own sex toy company)I now help my husband run a successful automotive business in Mesa, AZ as well as run my real estate business and real estate coaching business.

I don't have an official degree in business, but I have first hand knowledge. 

Many people don't know this, but when you get your real estate license, there are literally so many holes in the industry and everyone promises something bright and shiny. I have wasted so much time, money, and energy that I decided it is time to share my experience so that others can avoid the pitfalls and traps that the vultures in business set.
